The State Board Against Discrimination's report on Kennewick listed it's findings today of charges of discrimination in the city. Among it's findings were: No Negro lives in Kennewick and no Negro has found employment in Kennewick with the school district, city, county, state or federal government. De facto segregation exists in Kennewick schools where no Negro child is enrolled.
