A resolution condemning racial discrimination in the Tri-Cities has been adopted by the Tri-City Ministerial Association. The move was prompted by the proposed fair-housing ordinance now under study for the Richland City Council. The Rev. Melvin Finkbeiner, president of the TCMA said the resolution was enacted because Negroes were being refused housing in Richland.
