West Richland food bank opening moved to next month

Unexpected electrical and mechanical repairs will delay the opening of the Tri-Cities Food Bank’s new location in West Richland.

That outlet was due to open this week but is now expected to open after Thanksgiving, said food bank officials.

The West Richland food bank will be in the city’s senior center at 616 N. 60th Ave. and will operate Thursday nights and Saturday mornings.
