Spots still available for Snake River, Palouse Falls tour
Some seats still are available for the Reach museum’s Snake River-Palouse Falls tour on Oct. 1.
The deadline to reserve a seat is Sept. 26.
Geologist and author Bruce Bjornstad will lead the bus tour, which will head to Palouse Falls and include sights in the Snake River canyon. It also will include an optional easy hike along the Columbia Plateau Trail to see the 40-story Lake Sacajawea Flood Bar towering over the river.
Cost is $78 and includes transportation, lunch and water. The tour runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
