Community Action Connections is seeking more people in Benton, Franklin and Walla Walla counties to become in-person assisters, helping people sign up for health coverage through the Washington Health Benefit Exchange.
Training is planned from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 28-29 at CAC, 720 W. Court St., Pasco.
The volunteers need to pass a background check and go through the training in order to become in-person assisters. Bilingual skills are desired but not required.
