Cascade Natural Gas customers in Kennewick can access their account online through a new service that allows customers to register, receive paperless statements and pay their natural gas bill online.
"Our customers are busy and their time is valuable. Sometimes a customer doesn't have time during regular business hours to check on items related to their natural gas bill. This online service is available 24 hours a day," said Frank Morehouse, executive vice president and general manager for Cascade Natural Gas. "Our hope is that customers find this online service useful and a way for us to be as efficient with their time as possible."
