Learn about preventing lawsuits at chamber talk

The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce is offering a workshop to inform business owners and managers about how to prevent lawsuits.

The "Employer Lawsuit Prevention" is sponsored by Bank Reale and will be offered from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 30 in the Bechtel Board Room of the Tri-Cities Business and Visitors Center, 7130 W. Grandridge Blvd., Kennewick.

The class, offered through the Business Development University, will include presentations by George Cicotte of Cicotte Law Group and Jerry Marvel of Northwest Agri Products.

Tickets are $20 for chamber members and $30 for non-members. Tickets are available through the chamber at 736-0510. For more details, go to tricityregionalchamber.com.
