The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold a Business Development University workshop, "Customer Service -- What it Means to Your Customers and Employees," from 1 to 3 p.m. March 17 at the Tri-Cities Business and Visitors Center in the Bechtel Board Room.
The speaker will be Chris Wiggins of Les Schwab Tire Center.
He will discuss how to train employees in customer service, how to satisfy even the most difficult customers, customer perception when shopping, corporate strategies and how to develop long-term relationships.
Wiggins also will cover first impressions, keeping employees motivated to provide excellence and following through on commitments.
Tickets are $20 for chamber members and $30 for non-chamber members.
