An Arizona company plans to open a Harley-Davidson dealership in Kennewick next month.

RideNow Powersports of Tempe, Ariz., recently took over the assets of Shumate Tri-City, which operated Shumate Motorsports on Kennewick's Highway 395 and 19th Avenue.

The store sold motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and watercraft before the owner filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last year.

A RideNow representative confirmed the plans to open the store, but didn't provide any details.
