RICHLAND -- The status of the nuclear industry will be discussed Friday at Washington State University Tri-Cities as part of a series of nuclear engineering professional development seminars.
Roger S. Reynolds, a nuclear engineer and an adjunct professor in the WSU Tri-Cities mechanical engineering program, will speak at 12:10 p.m. in Room 210 of the West Building at 2710 University Drive, Richland.
The talk, which is open to the public, will cover the nuclear fuel cycle and current light water reactor designs, how nuclear power has evolved and next generation designs.
