Prosser's Coyote Canyon Winery will hold a spring winemaker's dinner on Sunday at Tuscany restaurant, 602 Sixth St., Prosser. There will be a wine tasting at 5:30 p.m. with dinner seating at 6 p.m.
The seven-course menu features salmon bisque soup, three melon pancetta salad, gorgonzola angel hair pasta, beef medallions with wild mushroom soufflé: and créme brülée.
