3-5 lb. brisket
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup beef broth
1/3 of a 6 oz. bottle liquid smoke
1 small bottle of soy saue
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 teaspoon black pepper

Place brisket in a plastic cooking bag. Combine other ingredients and pour over meat. Close tightly and marinate 24 hours. Make 5 slits in the bag and cook at 275 degrees, fat side up, for 6 to 7 hours. To serve, remove from bag and slice across the grain. Serve with favorite barbecue sauce.
