1 single-serving container low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 frozen banana

1 handful strawberries, blueberries, or any other fruit that's around, fresh or frozen
1/3- 1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice
Put everything in a blender and blend until fruits are completely broken up. The frozen banana ensures an icy cold smoothie, which can be slurped through a bendy straw or spoon-sipped with a tall iced teaspoon.
