Saving with soap

Save on paper and cellophane wrappers by buying fewer bars of soap.

Make the bar soap you buy last longer by unwrapping it when you get the soap home and letting it “dry” out.

Freshly purchased, wrapped bar soap is soft, so it melts quickly. If you unwrap it, let it dry in a net bag or on a shelf, it will lose the excess moisture and last longer.

You save money, and the drying soap makes the room smell fresher.

Don't forget to keep the bar soap you are using on a strainer in the soap dish to help keep it dry.
