The Tri-Cities is expected to have two more days of bright, warm weather before the possibility of rain and thunderstorms rears its head midweek.
The National Weather Service’s Pendleton office is calling for a high of 82 degrees May 4,with a calm southwest wind in the afternoon. The high May 5 will drop a little to 70 with a slightly stronger winds. Nighttime lows will be in the low to high 40s.
A slight chance of thunderstorms is possible beginning in the late morning May 6 with a daytime high of 67 and nighttime low of 44. The chance of showers will continue through the evening of May 7.
