Franklin PUD crews responded to a power outage to approximately 1,500 customers Thursday morning.
It was in the area of Pasco from Road. 32 to Road. 25 and from Henry Street to about Fifth Avenue.
Power was restored to all customers by 9:33 a.m., said PUD spokeswoman Debbie Bone-Harris.
“We just had some wear and tear on a connector that caused some burning,” she said.
