A man who was shot multiple times outside of a Kennewick tavern late Wednesday is expected to fully recover.
But Kennewick police have yet to find Tyree Q. Houfmuse, 32, who is suspected of shooting Anthony L. Asselin, 29.
Kennewick police say they have probable cause to arrest Houfmuse in connection with first-degree assault.
Asselin and Houfmuse reportedly were arguing in the parking lot outside of the Village Tavern at 203 N. Dennis St. about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Houfmuse allegedly pulled a handgun and shot Asselin, police said. Houfmuse then fled in a gold or tan 1996 Cadillac Seville with Washington license number ARW5158.
Houfmuse also has multiple outstanding felony warrants in connection with possessing narcotics with the intent of delivering them, taking a motor vehicle without permission and domestic violence assault.
Police say Houfmuse likely is armed and dangerous. They said the public should call 911 immediately if he is spotted and not approach him.
