TUKWILA — Justine Jones, a sophomore midfielder out of Borah High School in Boise, scored three goals and Pasco graduate Kaylie Winston added a goal and an assist as Walla Walla Community College dominated Bellevue 5-1 in an NWAACC women's semifinal match at Starfire Soccer Complex in Tukwila.
The defending NWAACC champion Warriors, who outscored teams 87-9 through 20 games this season, went scoreless through the first 25 minutes before defender Brittney Lacey scored from 30 yards out for a 1-0 Walla Walla lead.
Four minutes later, Jones followed up a shot by Winston at the right post, punching it past Bellevue goalkeeper Brianna Jackson to make it 2-0.
Jones and Winston combined for three second-half goals to lock up the win, which earned the Warriors a trip to their sixth consecutive title game. They will play Clackamas, which beat Spokane 3-0 in a shootout after a 2-2 tie in regulation.
