Kids will have plenty of opportunities to hunt for eggs around the Tri-Cities.
Here's a list of events:
-- April 18: Hermiston's annual flashlight egg hunt starts at 8:15 p.m. at Butte Park, off Highway 395 and Elm Street. Open to ages 10 and younger. Admission is free. Kids should bring Easter baskets and flashlights.
-- April 19: The story of Easter will be told, followed by an egg hunt from 10 a.m. to noon at the Church of the Nazarene, 2500 Jericho Road in Richland. There also will be crafts and games for the kids. Admission is free.

-- April 19: Peter Rabbit breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. First United Methodist Church, 191 E. Gladys Ave., Hermiston. Cost is $5, and kids 5 and younger are free.
-- April 19: The Family Resource Center egg hunt is from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 2611 S. Washington St., Kennewick. Festivities include an egg hunt, face painting and other kids activities. Cost is $2 per child.
-- April 19: An egg hunt starts at 11 a.m. at the Pasco Eagles, 2829 W. Sylvester St. Lunch and the egg hunt are free.
-- April l9: Rock 'n' Roll Easter Eggstravaganza is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at New Hope Community Church, 1350 S. Highway 395, Hermiston. Free. There will be petting zoo, pony rides, food, crafts, face painting, game booths, bounce houses and egg hunts.
-- April 19: King of Kings Church's annual Easter egg hunt starts at 10 a.m. at the church, 5209 W. Fifth Ave., Kennewick. Festivities include games, crafts and food. Free.
-- April 19: Pasco Jaycees Community Easter Egg Hunt is from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at the Pasco Softball Complex, 6510 Home Run Road. Pancake breakfast, sponsored by the Kennewick Lions, costs $4 and is free for kids 12 and younger. The Easter egg hunts start at 10 a.m. There also will be games, drawings and other activities.
-- April 19: Grandview Kiwanis Club's breakfast with the Easter bunny starts at 8:30 a.m. at the Grandview Community Center, 812 Wallace Way. Cost is $5 for ages 12 and older and $1 for ages 11 and under. Call 509-882-9219 for more information.
-- April 19: Easter egg hunt for ages 1-8 starts at 10 a.m. at Country Park Event Center & Fairgrounds, 812 Wallace Way, Grandview. Cost is $1 per participant. For more information, call 509-882-9219. Kids should bring a container for their eggs.
-- April 19: The West Richland egg hunt starts at 10 a.m. for kids up to age 12. Children should bring their own Easter basket. Hunts are at 10:05 a.m. for ages 0-2; 10:15 a.m. for ages 3-5; 10:20 a.m. for ages 6-8; 10:30 a.m. for ages 9-12. Free.
-- April 19: The Arc of Tri-Cities' free egg hunt for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities up to age 12 is at Columbia Point Park in Richland. Start times are 10:30 a.m. for ages 1-3; 10:40 a.m. for ages 4-7; 10:50 a.m. for ages 8-12. RSVP by calling 783-1131, ext. 0, or go to www.arcoftricities.com. Kids should their own bring Easter baskets.
-- April 19: Umatilla Chamber's annual egg hunt starts at 10 a.m. at West Park at McNary Lock & Dam, off Highway 12. Kids 12 and younger are welcome to hunt for 2,000 eggs hidden throughout the park. Six of those eggs are filled with various prizes. There is no cost to participate.
-- April 19: Word of Faith Church, 1350 S. Rainier St., Kennewick. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free. All ages.
-- April 20: Faith Assembly Church, 1800 N. Road 72, Pasco, egg hunts will follow the 9 and about 10:30 a.m. services. Free.
