The Forte! annual Christmas show is Dec. 6-7 in the auditorium at Chiawana High School in Pasco.
"This show is sure to be a hit with all ages," said Becky Kreutz, a Forte! spokeswoman. "Everyone has their own memories of Christmas, whether it's listening to Bing Crosby sing White Christmas or Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas or Winter Wonderland. We hope our show will remind the audience of their best Christmas ever."
This year's Christmas show promises to be more elaborate than last year's because three choreographers, Christy Mortensen, Kelsey Wehner and Marlie Buriak, have lended their talents to director Heather Hull for the show, Kreutz said.
"The three choreographers have worked their magic for this show," she said.
Mortensen is a 25-year veteran of teaching dance with several gold medals earned in college competitions. She is an instructor at The Dance Class in Richland, where she also is the preschool dance program director.
Wehner is the choreographer at Hanford High School. She directed dance for The Music Man and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Wehner also has taught at the Tri-City Academy of Ballet and competed with the champion Eastern Washington Elite Dance Team.
Buriak also lends her dance talent at Hanford High School and Columbia Basin College's theater department, as well as the Mid-Columbia Musical Theatre productions.
Showtime is 7 p.m. Dec. 6-7 with a 2 p.m. matinee Dec. 7. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors. The matinee ticket special is $35 for six people.
