The annual Heritage Days festival is Sept. 28-29 at Sacajawea State Park in Pasco.
The event features re-enactment demonstrations that include a Lewis and Clark Corps of Discovery camp, mountain man camps, a working steam engine and museum presentations.
Visitors can also learn about local Native American culture history of the Umatilla, Wanapum and Yakama nations.
Hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 28 and from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 29. Admission is by a Discover Pass, which is $35 annually or $11.50 for a one-day pass. Passes can be purchased at www.discoverpass.wa.gov.
