Kennewick fair wraps up Aug. 27

Rockers Blue Oyster Cult headline the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo entertainment on the main stage Aug. 26 with country crooner Lee Brice wrapping up the entertainment Aug. 27.

Both concerts start at 7:30 p.m. and come with admission to the fair. Reserved seats are an additional $15.

Rodeo action continues Aug. 26-27 in the rodeo arena at the fair. Showtime is 7 p.m. each night and comes with admission to the fair. Reserved seats are an additional $10.

The Davis Carnival will be open from noon to midnight Aug. 26-27.

There will also be plenty of food and fun for the whole family. For a complete schedule of events, go to www.tricityherald. com or bentonfranklinfair.com.

And the Atomic City Rollergirls will duke it out Aug. 27 at Toyota Arena, 7016 W. Grandridge Blvd., Kennewick, with the Pretty Deadly roller derby team from Spokane. Showtime is at 6 p.m.

If you purchased fair tickets, you can view the competition for free. Otherwise, admission is $12 for adults, $8 for kids in advance or $14 for adults, $10 for kids at the door. Kids 5 and under free. Tickets are available at the Toyota Center box office or ticketmaster.com.
