The 11th annual Hogs & Dogs motorcycle event is from 4 to 10 p.m. June 23 at the Bombing Range Road Sports Complex in West Richland.
More than 4,000 motorcycles -- from the traditional to the bizarre -- are expected to participate in this year's event. Its popularity even caught the eye of Quick Throttle magazine, which wrote a story about Hog's & Dogs for its May issue.
If you have a motor bike and would like to participate in the show, it will cost you a $10 registration fee. Awards are issued later in the evening.
There is no spectator fee and the show is open to all ages.
Blue Tattoo will be the featured band providing the rockin' tunes throughout the event. There also will be a beer garden open to the 21 and older crowd only.
Hot dogs, chips and soft drinks packages will be available for $7 with discounts if meal tickets are purchased in advance at the chamber office, Benton REA office or Yoke's Fresh Market, all in West Richland.
Parking at the sports complex will be limited because of the number of motorcycles expected, so visitors are asked to park at Enterprise Middle School or Wiley Elementary School and hop a shuttle to the park, which will run from 4 to 10 p.m. The shuttle is free.
Perhaps the most exciting part of the Hogs & Dogs event is the chance to win a motorcycle, organizers said.
A Victory Hammer 8 Ball bike will be given away at the end of the evening. Tickets for the drawing cost $10 each.
