African American group plans New Year's bash

The African American Community Cultural Education Society is planning a New Year's Eve bash that's open to the public.

The event starts at 9 p.m. Dec. 31 at Anthony's Event Center, 450 Columbia Point Drive, next to Anthony's Restaurant.

Cost is $35 and advance tickets are available at Fantastic Sam's, 1218 Columbia Center Blvd., Kennewick, or call 735-3858 or call Cecilia at 302-1027. The event is 21 and older only.
