Cowboy Gathering place to be on Easter weekend

The Cowboy Gathering is the place to assemble Easter weekend at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Kennewick.

The event runs from April 10-12 with such headline entertainers as Wylie and the Wild West Show, Sourdough Slim, Smoke Wade, Nevada Slim & Cimmarron Sue, Shiloh, Bodie, Rod Erickson, Hank Cramer, High Strung Band, and Johnny Counterfit.

This family-friendly gathering is from noon to 11 p.m. April 10 and from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. April 11. The April 12 events begin with an Easter Sunrise Service at 6 a.m. followed by a handful of performances through the morning. There also will be an Easter egg hunt for kids age 10 and younger starting at 1 p.m. April 11.

General admission is $10 in advance each day or $20 at the gate. VIP tickets are $15 in advance each day or $30 at the gate. Tickets are available at the Ranch and Home store on Columbia Center Boulevard.
