For 27 years, the Southeastern Washington Cavalcade of Bands has sent chills down the spines of visitors.
Those shivers were no doubt the result of some truly heart-pounding, upbeat, theatrical and downright exciting high school marching band music.
This year's event, which is Oct. 4 at Edgar Brown Stadium in Pasco, won't disappoint.
The preliminary competitor is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The finals start at 6 p.m.
