New season for Little Theatre of Walla Walla starts Sept. 26

WALLA WALLA -- Comedy, drama, music ... it's all there in the Little Theatre of Walla Walla's 2008-09 season.

Broadway Bound kicks things off Sept. 26. It's a classic Neil Simon comedy that picks up where Biloxi Blues and Brighton Beach Memories leave off.

In true Simon style, the show is an autobiographical story that finds Eugene and his older brother Stanley trying to break into the world of professional comedy writing while coping with the breakup of their family.

Curtain time is 8 p.m. Sept. 26-27, Oct. 3-4 and 10-11 with a 2 p.m. matinee Oct. 5

Here's a look at the rest of the season:

-- Dec. 11-13: A Tuna Christmas, a comedy.
