Grammy award winning musicians Eric Tingstad and Nancy Rumbel will bring their melodic sound to the Tri-Cities for a concert in the park.
Showtime is 7 p.m. Aug. 1 in the gazebo at Flat Top Park in West Richland. Admission is free.
Bring a blanket, beach towel or lawn chair and enjoy the sounds of guitar and woodwinds under a canopy of stars.
Tingstad and Rumbel have performed often in the Tri-Cities but rarely have they been here for a free concert, which is sponsored by the city of West Richland as part of its summer concerts in the park series.

The music of Tingstad and Rumbel has been categorized as New Age, but it's really a mix of sounds that are rooted in different cultures from America to Asia, Spain and the British Isles.
The two Seattle-based musicians have been performing together for more than two decades and have released 19 albums together.
They won the Best New Age Grammy in 2005 for their album Acoustic Garden. And Tingstad released a solo album last year, Southwest, that also received a Grammy nomination.
