Eight months and $16 million later, the new interchange for Highway 395 and Highway 240 is done -- complete with its distinctive double roundabout.
Love it or hate it, we at the Herald think it needs a nickname as does its companion blue bridge.
We tossed out ideas like the "blue loop" or the "Kennewick figure 8," and readers have started sending more.
