A Benton City woman died Tuesday morning when her pickup truck rolled several times west of Benton City.
Josephine Tews, 52, was headed east on Interstate 82 at 6:24 a.m. when her 1987 GMC ran into the median and rolled several times before landing on its top, said the Washington State Patrol.
Tews died at the scene, which was about 2.5 miles west of town. The cause is still under investigation, and it was not immediately known if she was wearing a seat belt, troopers said.
