Virginia Kemper and Timothy Burckhard, both of Yakima, exchanged wedding vows Aug. 29 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Yakima. Pastor Mike Bailey officiated.
She is the daughter of the late Virginia and Richard Kemper. He is the son of late Josephine and Adam Burckhard.
Honor attendants were Leigh Ann Wathen and Samual Scott. Tobias Kemper, the bride's son, escorted her down the aisle.
The bride is a graduate of Yakima Valley Community College. The groom is a maintenance supervisor at Permafix in Richland.
They live in Yakima.
