Charmaine Vinnedge and Steven Rampey, both of Richland, were married July 8 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kennewick. Bishop Westover officiated.
Her parents are Ara and John Vinnedge of Kennewick. He is the son of Bobbie Cheung.
The bride is a graduate of Kennewick High School. She is a student at Columbia Basin College.
The groom is a graduate of Yelm High School. He is a courier for Tri-Cities Laboratory.
They live in Richland.
