KENNEWICK -- Tyson Patten scored in the bottom of the sixth to earn Kennewick's second run of the game and chip at Seattle's nine-run lead, but Kennewick failed to find a spark in their 15-2, seven-inning loss to the Bombers on Wednesday in the Kennewick Babe Ruth 13-year-olds Pacific Northwest Regional Tournament at Roy Johnson Field.
The contest lifted Seattle to 3-0 in American Division pool play and, combined with Tuesday's 12-9 loss to Calgary (Alberta, Canada), placed Kennewick -- who had a bye Monday -- at 0-2 in American Division play.
