Skyline came close but still couldn't catch a break in the Tri-Cities as both Richland and Kamiakin pulled off last-inning wins over the west-side visitors.
The Bombers won 5-4 and the Braves 7-6 in a twinbill co-starring the Spartans at Bomber Field.
Mason Hilty singled home Connor Moore with two outs in the bottom of the seventh for Richland.
Kamiakin's Jesse Houser proved himself the X-factor in the second game, smacking the game-winning double with no outs riding the line.
Never miss a local story.
"We're happy in Bomberville," Richland coach Ben Jacobs said of his team's win. "We came back and won the game, played tough at the end."
And Hunter Chambers also proved himself a key batsman for the Bombers with an RBI double in the second and a game-tying RBI single in the sixth.
