Kamiakin, Richland soccer stay tied atop CBBN

KENNEWICK -- Jori Skorpik scored twice as Kamiakin beat West Valley 3-2 in a CBBN girls soccer match Saturday at Lampson Stadium.

The win kept the Braves tied atop the CBBN standings with Richland with only Tuesday's finales remaining.

Kamiakin also clinched a spot in next Saturday's district championship against the Bombers, with only the site to be determined. Richland owns the tiebreaker by virtue of an earlier win over Kamiakin.

The Bulldogs can finish as the No. 4 seed by upsetting Kamiakin in Tuesday's finale and if Southridge loses to West Valley.
