There is one candidate that has both commercial as well as county appraisal experience. This candidate has also been the manager of an appraisal firm in the Tri-Cities area. This firm has two full-time appraisers as well as office staff. He has proven to be a good manager/leader of both the appraisal side as well as the financial side of the business. He has trained other individuals that are now certified independent appraisers. Thus, he know how to train appraisal staff.
Bill has worked both as an independent appraiser as well as the lead commercial appraiser for the Franklin County's Assessors office. He has the endorsement of the current Franklin County Assessor, Steve Marks.
As the commercial appraiser for Franklin County, he learned how to solve problems before they became big problems with the taxpayers. He was taught this by Steve Marks. That county has less than 20 Board of Equalization cases compared to the Benton County Office having more than 200 in the same time period.
So let's get some new leadership in the Benton County Assessors Office with appraisal experience.
Never miss a local story.
Vote for Bill Spencer -- a proven professional appraiser.
