The Aug. 5 primary election offers clear choices for whom we will send to Congress.
Lawyer George Cicotte, says Obamacare is here to stay. Though he may be a good lawyer and a fine man, that is not the spirit we need. Sending him to Congress would be like taking to the football field resigned to lose.
Alternatively, we could select Dan Newhouse, career politician from a family of politicians. He's had three terms in elected office and four years in state bureaucracy. If we want more of the same establishment failings, he is our man. On illegal immigration he says no amnesty, just give them legal residency, and then they can go to the back of the line for citizenship. Fact: The so-called waiting line is for legal entrance to this country. There is no line for citizenship, only a five-year legal residency requirement. Sounds like Newhouse amnesty to me.
We need a principle-centered, willing-to-fight citizen congressman committed to the U.S. Constitution and the rule of constitutional law. We need somebody who will work to return this country to its constitutional and spiritual roots. We need Clint Didier.
