Are we just a number to the government? For years, I have questioned the existence of the Social Security number. It seems to me that the government imposes this to make us feel less than they are. To me, this is the kind of treatment a prisoner should tolerate, not just anyone.
What do people ask for more, your name or your number? Think about it. When you get a driver's license or any form of identification, they require you to give that number. This number defines you as a person. Could we say that we are not classified as humans to the government?
We have been cheated into taking all these numbers to account for our existence. Is this all a part of the conspiracy? Sometimes I wonder why our society runs how it does. It seems to me that we create our own problems, then complain about them.
