I walked to church recently. It was a nice day. In the past, I have noticed the dominant aroma of Richland around this time of year to be one of the following: Tobacco smoke (that was a long time ago); tree pollens and flowers; diesel and gasoline exhaust fumes or brush and forest fire smoke.
However, this particular Sunday, the dominant aroma apparently was organophosphates. Really. Pesticides and herbicides. Am I the only one in the Tri-Cities who thinks this is a very bad idea?
