The Bill of Rights is the sanctity of this country; 10 amendments guaranteed us the rights of liberty.
Our government armed the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, rebels in Libya (with foreign news reports of arming the Syrian rebels by running guns from Libya through Turkey, think Ben Ghazi). Fast and Furious ran guns to Mexican drug cartels.
They arm the enemy, but disarm Americans. Why?
We, as Americans, have the right to own firearms for three reasons: to hunt, to protect our family and to defend ourselves against a tyrannical government. There is no reason to change the 2nd Amendment without another constitutional amendment voted on by the people of America. Due process of law is the only way to take away the rights of a citizen, not legislation.
To condemn Americans for acts of irrational people is tyrannical.
Once the 2nd Amendment is changed by legislation, the government can change rights by legislation or executive order, without a Constitutional amendment; we won't be free.
Free people cannot allow the government to take such power against us. Call your representatives and senators and tell them the Bill of Rights is sacred; don't change it.
