Letter: Interest rates should be fair to both business and citizenry

A pro-business group now sets the interest rate the banks pay. This is unfair. There are millions of Americans who live off their life savings and the bank interest those savings generate. Businesses and the citizenry; two very different groups, but both groups are American and both are represented by Congress.
