In my opinion, the Tri-Cities school districts offer a wide selection of educational programs for students now.
So far, our local schools have responded to the needs of our students. Why would you want to saddle the public schools with the expense of maintaining a separate building for another "private" school that they have no control over? We need to support our public schools.
It appears the Tri-City Herald is promoting charter schools. I would ask why the push for creating one?
Never miss a local story.
Please vote to support our public schools by approving the upcoming bonds and levies.
