The purpose of this letter is to convey my sincere appreciation of the outpouring of donations and volunteer support we have received for the Veterans Memorial Monument that is being constructed at the Washington State University's Tri-City campus.
With a single phone call, various local businesses have been more than willing to donate their time and resources to make this project happen.
These generous contributors include AHBL, American Rock Products, Basin Disposal, Brashear Electric, Columbia Basin Rebar, Columbia Engineers, Farrow Construction Specialties, Gamache Landscaping, George A. Grant, Lowe's (Pasco), Operation Engineers Union Local No. 370, ProBuild, Pro-Cut, Ralph's Concrete Pumping, The Cat Rental Store and Tri-City Sign & Barricade.
We have also received support from volunteers Jim Anderson and Scott Dawson, who took time our of their schedules to come down and operate equipment.
Without the support of the above-mentioned businesses and individuals, it would be impossible for a project like this to come together. It's this kind of generosity that makes the Tri-Cities area such a great place to live.
