About the earthquakes in Iran and their subsequent request for any kind of help from any nations willing to offer aid. The sanctions imposed by the United States and other nations should never stop any kind of humanitarian aid in the event of any natural disaster.
The fact that Iran is a Third World country says to me it is in no position to take care of its own people in these events. Maybe aid by outsiders will give Iran a look into why so many other countries stand by each other.
We all need help at one time or another, and cooperation by nations is what gets us by in time of disasters we are not prepared to handle.
The United States and other countries should step up, in spite of sanctions, and offer whatever aid the Iranians in the affected areas so desperately need.
