I am writing in response to the panic I caused in Chiawana Park in Pasco.
Several months ago, I saw some abandoned cats on the property. I love animals more than people, especially cats. All I have been doing is feeding these animals, nothing more. I'm not homeless or wanted. I'm a disabled, upstanding individual. I wear my coat or hoodie in the morning because it's chilly. I wear my stocking hat because I'm bald. I wear sunglasses to protect my failing vision.
Those who had a problem with me didn't have to call the police. They could have asked me and I would have told them what I was up to.
I'm not going to continue to feed these homeless cats. These cats will survive all right without my help. They will continue to eat baby quail, geese, etc.
Never miss a local story.
Thanks to all you complainers for ruining the best part of my day. By the way, I also picked up the garbage that lazy, rude children throw down when they spray paint the trees and make the nature preserve look like a Third World garbage dump.
