Legal residency is not a complicated concept. Certain rights and liberties are extended to people legally residing in America, just as it is done in every other country. Anyone illegally residing in America should be deported when found. No official documentation, driver's licenses, medical cards, etc., should be made available to them. The same goes for their children, even those who were born on American soil.
A child born in America to parents who are residing here illegally should not be granted citizenship, nor considered for expedited citizenship. Being deported is not a punishment, it is the resultant action of being caught illegally residing in a country.
ICE has a difficult enough job tracking down illegals and deporting them without states providing illegal residents with official driver's licenses.
