Public meetings will be held today on a proposed update to the cultural and biological resources plan for the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
The Department of Energy plan is updated every five years. The latest draft update adds a new section on weeds and provides more information in other sections, including specifics on compliance with regulations.
The plan covers about 350 acres of developed and undeveloped lands in north Richland and just north of Richland.
Meetings will be at 2 and 6 p.m. in Rooms 210 and 212 of the Consolidated Information Center at Washington State University Tri-Cities, 2710 Crimson Way, Richland.
