Two suspects are in custody after a drive-by shooting in Pasco.
Witnesses reported hearing shots fired near Fifth Avenue and Pearl Street at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday, followed by two suspects fleeing the area, police said.
Pasco and Kennewick police, as well as regional SWAT forces, took the suspects into custody at 7 a.m. Wednesday in Kennewick.
Evans L. Madison, Jr., 29, and Phadera Victoria A. Grisby, 27, of Kennewick, were booked into the Franklin County jail. Madison is accused of being the shooter and Grisby the driver.
