Two floors in a Pasco home were severely damaged after a large fire broke out early Friday.
The fire occurred at 1:08 a.m. at 401 W. Bonneville Road. Firefighters from Pasco Fire Department and Franklin Fire District 3 responded to the scene. There were four fire engines and three ambulances, according to Dave Hare, assistant fire chief at the Pasco Fire Department.
The fire damaged the first floor and the basement sustained heavy water damage. Crews knocked out the flames in about 35 minutes.
Two residents were injured. Medics released both after treatment with minor injuries.

The fire remains under investigation but does not appear to be suspicious, Hare said.
