An Othello man was arrested after a T-bone car wreck in Kennewick.
Officers from Kennewick police and the Benton County Sheriff’s office responded around 2:30 p.m. Thursday when a Jeep crashed into the side of a Ford Expedition at West Canal Drive and Columbia Center Boulevard. The Jeep’s driver fled on foot with another male passenger after the wreck, according to Kennewick police.
Police detained both men and arrested the driver, Gayle Duane Steinborn, 30, on suspicion of hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license and on a felony warrant. He was booked into Benton County jail with bail set at $1,500.
No injuries were reported.
